“Each of us are born with the capacity to heal; we help you connect with that capacity.” – Jasmine H. Winbush, PsyD
As a relational therapist, I know the impact all relationships can play in your life (coworkers, partners, family, etc), and you probably know on some level too. My goal is to bring a blend of healing frameworks to our sessions so you feel empowered and like this is a soft place to land. You will feel both nurtured and challenged. My passion and my expertise? Working with those that feel “othered” or who have been historically marginalized (multiracial/biracial women, racial/ethnic minorities, LGBTQIA+, religious/spiritual minorities, etc.).
How clients might describe me: intuitive, humorous, direct, inquisitive, curious, and nurturing.
